Perfect Laser's PEDB-150 YAG laser marker which adopts advanced YAG lamp-pumped laser technology, is mainly for offering rotary marking on column-shaped and taper-shaped or round workpieces made of metal or some nonmetallic materials.

Product Features
1. The machine takes YAG lamp-pumped solid laser device as the light source. By 2D fast-speed scanning lens swinging as the scheduled angles under the controlling of the computer, the laser focus on the surface of the work piece by F-θ lens to form images and realise marking and graph processing. This is the most mature laser technology at present.

2. By adding a rotary controling system based on the PEDB-100 model, this machine can mark on  column-shaped, taper-shaped and round workpieces.

3. By using fast-speed scan lens, the machine can mark datas, series numbers, bar codes and graphics with high accuracy in very short time.

4. With professional marking software, this machine marks with very good effect and high accuracy.

5. All the key optical components used are famous brands with top quality, therefore the whole machine is with very stable performance and easy maintenance.

6. The machine can be collocated with auto clamp and baiting production line according to user' s requirements. It is also available for data communications, networking.
